Reserve / CFA Policy
  • Reserves are held for 1 week.
  • Cutting For Approvals are held for 2 weeks.
  • All Reserves/CFAs will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks.
  • Reserve/CFAs extensions are only allowed 1 time.
  • Extending reserves/CFAs will only occur if there are NO pending backorders for the item(s) on reserve.
  • Should there be pending backorders on the reserve/CFA expiration date
    • Order must be placed by the end of the business day of the reserve expiration date. If no order is received, the inventory will be released back into stock.
    • 50% non-refundable deposit must be received by the end of the business day of the reserve expiration date. This will extend the reserve for 1 additional week.
  • Live orders being placed for items on reserve/CFA extension
    • Order must be placed by the end of the business day of the reserve expiration date. If no order is received, the inventory will be released back into stock.
